Mindset Coaching uses evidence-based approaches to help you achieve a flourishing life. Tools are incorporated from ACT (CBT Model), Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Character Strengths and Growth Mindset. Alongside the expertise of Core Coaching Competencies, I’ve collated over 75 tools and strategies to create awareness and inspire action for sustainable change. In your coaching you can expect to receive Coaching Worksheets such as The Complete Lifestyle Wellness Checklist, Core Values Clarification, Self-Limiting and Self-Enhancing Beliefs, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Gratitude, Self-Care Strategies and Positive Habits Checklists. The coaching philosophy supports you throughout your journey of positive change using accountability and unlimited email/phone support.

What to expect in your first session?

The first coaching session is 90 minutes either face-to-face or over the phone (and usually follows a Free 15-min ‘Discovery Call’). We start with a simple exercise to get focused, followed by a brief explanation of how coaching works and what it feels like to have a coach. We then explore a ‘big picture analysis’ exercise of your life and create 2-3 meaningful goals that engage and inspire you. We complete the session with introducing The Choice Point concept. The session is relaxed yet insightful and I promise you’ll walk away with a fresh perspective of your life. You’ll feel reinvigorated as you discover clarity and direction and the desire to become the best version of you.
